Yes! Our products are currently available for purchase only through direct contact with us. For opening an inquiery please contact us.

We have stock of most of our panels. For customized and specially big orders; lead times may vary in a case to case basis. We aim to deliver any order within 30 days of the order placement but leave us a message in out contact form if you want specific information about your order.

For the time being our only showroom is located in the city of Dessau in Germany. Book a meeting with us and e will be more than happy to preform a demo of our products. All Pxnel branded products are designed and produced in Germany. Through thorough research and development, we constantly innovate our production methods and source raw materials locally whenever possible. Products from our partner brands are produced in various locations; please refer to the specific product page for more information.

We provide the tools you will need for the installation of your platform and panels with the exception of a drill and bits to make the holes in the wall for the PxSkin system.

We do offer an installation service if you opt for it. If you have a project that deserves special assistance we can include installation in the package. For more information, leave us a message here with your information and we will get in touch shortly.

We currently do not offer any warranty plans. We have designed all our products to be repairable. Simply send the damaged module back to us, and we will assess the damage. Once assessed, we will inform you of the repair cost, perform the necessary repairs, and send the item back to your doorstep. Our goal is for you to reuse the PxBlock modules as much as possible, promoting reusability!

The PxBlock system supplies each Px-Lock structural position with upto 12 volts (3A). The higher the power requirement of a panel, the more electrical Px-Locks will be allocated.

Through the controller APP, you can connect to your Smart Panels. According to each panel, the set of displayed controls change according the the functions available within the panel.

Absolutely! We are very open to discuss your ideas and collaborate with you to effectively create panels that would align with our product standards and add new players in the panel module family. Just drop us a message with a short description of what you would like to make and perhaps a few pictures or sketches and we will get back to you!

Yes. We offer support during the development of project that are related to our products. This might include material selections for custom panels, panel selection and sizing, and platform and panel layout.

Yes! We can customize a package that fits your needs. After we jump on a call together we will outline all your needs and discuss all the possible additional re-modification you might need to do with the same modules. This will allow you to target more than one event/use-case with the modules in this package.

To determine how much weight can a panel hold, one must first determine the amount of inserts the panel will have. As a rule of thumb, each insert can hold 2kg for a flat panel and between 1/2 to 1.2 kilograms for cantilevered panels. You can find a more detailed explanation in the Weight Limits section.

Absolutely! All PxSystems use a 150mm grid spacing with our unique Px-Lock mechanism. This ensures that all structural points on the back of panels align perfectly, making all panels compatible with both PxSkin and PxBlock.

A Bridge-Block is a PxBlock designed to allow electrical current to pass through it, primarily to bridge the current to neighboring 

blocks from all four sides. However, it does not provide any electrical points for the panel modules.

 Yes! In addition to the PXNEL panel library, we can develop custom panels using your own products and materials!

The process begins with a blank panel, available in multiple configurations and thicknesses, including non-framed, framed, edge corner, and round corner variants. These panels can be fabricated from different materials and specified in various thicknesses. Sizes and design details are customizable to meet specific requirements.

Yes, we can provide blank panels tailored to your desired details and specifications. You can then install your products onto these panels yourself.

Panels can also be equipped with electrical capabilities. The structural connectors on the backside come in two types: electric and solid (non-electric). Depending on the power requirements, one or more structural points can be electric, while the rest remain solid. This ensures a seamless electrical connection upon assembly.

Absolutely. Panel sizes are measured in Px-Units, where each unit equals 15 cm. For example, a 0202 panel measures 30x30 cm, and a 0416 panel measures 60x240 cm.
